Catherine Daly

Prior to commencing pupillage in September 2018, Catherine worked for 3 years as legal assistant to a prominent London based Silk. Catherine managed a busy direct access defence only practice, preparing cases for Crown Court, Court of Appeal and CCRC. She was involved in one of the first post-Jogee joint enterprise murder appeals and has acted as assistant to Queen’s Counsel in a number of trials and appeals. Her knowledge of legal procedure reflects her extensive experience.

Catherine completed the BPTC at the City Law School after being awarded the Brick Court Chambers scholarship by the Middle Temple and the Future Lawyer’s Excellence Award by City University of London.

Catherine continues to support Manchester United, despite their recent abysmal form. She is a less than proficient snowboarder and has an uneconomical interest in Land Rover Defenders.
