Large scale money laundering case collapses week before trial

The Crown offered no evidence in a case involving allegations of money laundering through fixed odds betting machines/ computerised systems. The court had ordered disclosure of the raw data in relation to the software operating system from SG Gaming. The Crown faced difficulties complying with the orders. On 17 May, at Cardiff Crown Court, the CPS formally offered no evidence against Michael Martin.
