Judgment in the case of SML v SGS and 6 others, was reserved in the Chancery Division, Business List, before Mr Justice Trower, sitting at the Rolls Building, in connection with a claim for in excess of £15m for breach of director’s duties in connection with a management buy-out, after a trial lasting 17 days.
