9BR Chambers has an exceptionally strong depth and breadth in our Military law team. Indeed, our members have appeared in nearly every serious and high-profile Court Martial case over the last 10 years. Our barristers include former serving military personnel and their experience includes having served as legal advisors to the chain of command in headquarters and in the Service Prosecuting Authority. Our clerks room also includes former service personnel so are able to respond to enquiries with specialist knowledge. 9BR Chambers extensive court martial practice is reflected by the fact that several members of chambers are on the committee of the Association of Military Courts Advocates.
