R v LW: Murder – Acquittal of 14 year old accused of participating in fatal stabbing of rival gang member.

R v LR: Murder - Defence of man accused of high profile rape, abduction and murder of charity worker in Cayman islands.

R v SC: Confiscation Proceedings – wine fraud and subsequent confiscation proceedings.

R v HS: Money laundering - Muslim Imam accused of money laundering; followed by confiscation proceedings.

International Crime

R v LR: Instructed to go to the Cayman Islands to defend one of two men accused of the abduction, rape and murder of a very popular and highly respected Caymanian woman. The trial was heard by the Chief Justice, the case having attracted such notoriety that it had been decided to elect trial by judge alone rather than face a local jury.
